An escrow account number is not published by anyone — so where a project has disclosed one we say it was disclosed and whether the format checks out, and we never call that verified. Money for a registered project belongs in the project’s own escrow account, never a developer’s or an agent’s.
A listing is admitted on what it can show — the advertising permit, the paperwork behind the price, and one home appearing once rather than once per agent. We do not publish a count of what was held back on a page like this, so no figure is given here rather than an estimated one.
