A budget you give here is matched against the annual rent on the tenancy, not against a sale price — those are different columns, and mixing them once returned nothing at all for every budgeted rent search. What we do not do is put a “below fair value” badge on a tenancy: the only valuation we hold for a home is what it would sell for, and reading a year’s rent against it is meaningless.
