PropDirect carries no ads and sells no browsing data, so there is nothing to target with — and nothing we would gain by tracking you across other sites. That is why this page has an inventory and not a consent banner.

We set no optional cookie, so there is no banner and no preference to store. Your browser settings are the control: clearing or blocking cookies works at any time, and blocking the sign-in cookie leaves you able to browse listings but not to stay signed in.

1. The short version #

PropDirect uses only the cookies it needs to work. There are no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don’t sell browsing data.

2. What we use #

Sign-in session — a secure cookie that keeps you logged in as you move between pages. Without it, you’d have to sign in on every page.
Theme preference — remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
Local storage — we keep a couple of conveniences in your browser (your last search, and your Ask Hala chat history) so they persist between visits. This stays on your device.

3. What we don't use #

No advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers, no data brokers. We don’t build an advertising profile of you.

4. Controlling cookies #

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block the sign-in session cookie, you can still browse listings but won’t be able to stay signed in. Clearing local storage resets your saved search and chat history.
