Neither. Your funds move under the RBI’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme through your own bank and land in the developer’s or seller’s account — PropDirect never takes custody of them and pays no fee on your behalf. FC-GPR is filed with the Reserve Bank of India through your own AD bank; we have no filing integration and could not lodge one for you. What we do is keep the record, the dates and the paperwork in one place.
