Your money goes into the project's regulated escrow account, held at a bank and released to the developer only against verified construction progress. That account belongs to the developer's project, not to PropDirect — we never hold your funds.

The developer registers the sale with ADREC through DARI, typically 2–6 weeks after the SPA. Payments sit in an ADREC-regulated escrow account released against verified milestones.

The long stretch. You pay in steps tied to build progress rather than to dates, so a slower project means later instalments — not earlier ones. This is where most of the contract price is paid.

You inspect the finished unit and list the defects before you accept it. Snagging is your leverage and it happens once — after you take the keys the developer's obligation narrows to the warranty.

💸Final instalment, service charges start, utilities connected

The interim registration converts to a title deed in your name once the project completes and the final payment clears. That is the document that makes you the owner.
