Where our money comes from
Agent and brokerage plans — a monthly price, the same for everybody, published below.
Past your plan’s allowance: AED 100 for each new listing, and AED 100 for each renewal beyond your plan’s live listings. Editing a listing is free.
Optional add-ons on a listing, each priced where it is offered.
Never a cut of your commission — what you earn on a deal is not a number we can move. Nothing on this page is charged to a buyer, a tenant or a guest.

One price, published, the same for everyone. Every plan is month to month — cancel any time from your dashboard, no minimum term — and we never take a listing down while its plan is paid. A free listing ends 90 days after it goes live unless you choose a plan, and from 12 October 2026 a plan left unpaid for 7 days has its listings hidden until it is paid — hidden, never deleted.
