Fine, but the gym was closed
No complaints about the room itself. The gym was shut for maintenance for two of the three nights and nobody mentioned it when I checked in - I only found out by walking down there. Tell people that at the desk.

Second stay, same standard
Came back because the first one was easy. Same room type, same condition, no surprises at the desk. Breakfast is not included and I would not bother with it, the coffee place across the road is better.

Good base, thin walls
Location is the reason to book this - metro is close and you can walk to the clinics. Room does everything it needs to. I could hear the corridor door at night, which is the only reason this is not a five.

Park view was worth the extra
Quiet side of the building and the window actually looks at the park. Bed was firm, shower was hot, wifi held up for two days of calls. Reception sorted a late checkout without making it a negotiation.

Exactly what it says it is
Booked for three nights near Healthcare City and the room was ready at three. Small, well thought out, and spotless. The price on the listing was the price I paid, which is not something I can say about the last four places I stayed.
